Well, when I first moved up here I had I work from home so I had to have high speed Internet. I connected with a cable company and I found them to be unreliable at best. So I had to have a backup. So I went to a backup which was a wireless Internet. So I found every month I was using the cable the majority of the time. But when the cable went out I was going to the wireless and I was exceeding the data caps every month. So you got to be really expensive for me. Actually saw one of your signs in my neighbor's yard and when I looked into it, I saw the speeds that you were offering and I really didn't think those speeds would work for what I'm doing because I do a lot of Webex meetings. I do a we server IP phone. I, I'm a pretty big user and that with my streaming TV, I just didn't think it was going to work. So with no option, I figured, well, I will go to upward and see how it will work out for me as a backup Internet, the installation. Simple, they worked out perfectly. I mean we made a date and the time he showed up about 10 minutes early and he had me up and running in about 20 minutes. Once it was connected I figured I might as well give it a try. So I hooked that up and disconnected my cable just to see how it works for me and it worked flawlessly. I've been with upward for probably close to two years now and I think I've had two outages, weather related and both outages I was sent text messages telling me what was going on there. 2 outages in a year and a half, two probably 2 year period is exceptional to me. Yeah, I think your customer service is is exceptional. Really. I have one Internet coming into my house instead of two. I rely on it exclusively, but it never lets me down. You know, we can have our TV streaming in the living room, our TV streaming in the bedroom, my computer, I can be on a Webex meeting and they are on perfectly smooth our bourbon. It's an answer to a problem. You know, especially in rural areas where you don't have a lot of choice. It works flawlessly. Everything about it. I'm I'm I'm a fan. I I've really enjoyed. I've recommended approval begins to many people simply because it works. I mean, that's a quick, easy answer. It's reliable, it works, customer service is there, price is very fair. There's no reason not to have upward broadly really.
