The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) is leading Safe Travel for All, a regionwide initiative to significantly reduce, and ultimately eliminate, traffic fatalities and serious injuries in northeastern Illinois. As part of this work, the six counties in the region are creating countywide safety action plans, which will identify priority issues and locations and provide recommendations for improving roadway safety for all users. Resident input will directly inform the components of these plans, which is why CMAP needs to hear from Arlington Heights! Help make Arlington Heights, and the entire region, a safter place for all!
