📈 Exploring the Latest Trends in the European #SearchandSelection Market: The ECSSA State of the Industry Barometer April 2024 🌐🇪🇺 The current ECSSA State of the Industry Index unveils a landscape of stability with nuanced shifts across various markets. Overall, the sentiment remains resilient, maintaining a steady stance at 89.5 points, with a marginal dip of 0.4 points compared to the previous quarter. This signals a solid start to 2024 for the #Executivesearch industry. 🎉 While Italy 🇮🇹 continues to maintain the most positive sentiment in the market despite a slight decline, Spain 🇪🇸 experienced a significant drop and now records the lowest index value. Germany 🇩🇪 also shows a downward trend. In contrast, Belgium 🇧🇪, France 🇫🇷, and Luxembourg 🇱🇺 all show improvements in their index values compared to previous quarters, although the increases are moderate. "𝘋𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘧𝘭𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦, 𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘪𝘯𝘥𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘺," states Valerie Schena-Ehrenberger, President of #ECSSA.
