I don't agree that Urban Company has the epic services and epic products.. Urban Company has the pathetic service. I have placed an order for urban company native m1 purifier 4 days ago with a delivery commitment in 1 day. However the product is still not delivered. After talking to multiple chatbots, representatives etc I have not got any resolution.. the delivery keeps getting delayed. I have been asking for cancellation of the order but they are not even willing to cancel the order and give my refund back. It's a pathetic company with very poor service, customer care support.. never buy their purifier. Say NO to Urban Company
You guys suck. A simple cleaning service made my AC defunct. Instead of extending the basic courtesy of offering to check what the issue is, you guys are going on a standard nonsense the warranty cover is over. Literally by a week. That's it. Now I am being forced to book for a service to check what the god damn problem is and after that again spend on fixing that problem. It's a phenomenal summer bonanza scam that you guys are operating. #UCscam
