Shoutout to @lisasongsutton for this reminder. You’ll never feel 100% ready—and that’s okay! When I started in real estate, I had $0 and no foolproof plan, but I took action anyway. Now, with over 1,000 apartment units and 4 hotels under my belt, I’ve learned that it’s not about having everything figured out—it's about being willing to MOVE. Here’s what I’ve discovered along the way: 1. Take calculated risks. Jumping into the unknown doesn’t mean being reckless. Do your homework, but don’t let overthinking paralyze you.
