Helping sales-averse small business owners be visible & dream BIG with a bespoke daily growth plan, knowing exactly how to grow their business in 30 minutes a day | Now is the Time Call £111 | Memberships from £7pm
Have you ever had a lightbulb moment, where a brilliant idea pops into your head, and you think, "This is it!"? But then, reality hits, and you realise bringing that idea to life is a bit like trying to assemble Ikea furniture without the instructions – tricky, to say the least. Take a moment and look around. The building you're sitting in, the chair you're perched on – they all started as mere ideas, floating in someone's imagination. And how did they materialise? With a solid plan and consistent, brick-by-brick action. I mentioned I met Steven Bartlett last week, right? Well he shared this nugget from Will Smith about building a wall brick by brick, which is a perfect metaphor for creating anything of value, including your dream business. But you don’t have to figure it out alone. Sure, we have the internet now, which is fantastic (I remember going to. the library to learn what I needed to set uo my first side hustle), but why navigate this maze alone when you can learn from someone who’s been there, done that, and got the T-shirt? That's where Side Hustle Success School comes into play. It’s your blueprint, your plan, your step-by-step guide to transforming that spark of an idea into a blazing success. Whether you're at the "I think I have an idea" stage or you're already running a business that's just not catching fire like you hoped, I've got you. Ready to stop guessing and start building your dream with a roadmap in hand? Your spot awaits at Side Hustle Success School. Don’t let this be the idea that got away. Check it out and grab your spot: https://lnkd.in/erdZ3Cp7 Let's build this dream together, brick by brilliant brick.

Shoutout to @lisasongsutton for this reminder. You’ll never feel 100% ready—and that’s okay! When I started in real estate, I had $0 and no foolproof plan, but I took action anyway. Now, with over 1,000 apartment units and 4 hotels under my belt, I’ve learned that it’s not about having everything figured out—it's about being willing to MOVE. Here’s what I’ve discovered along the way: 1. Take calculated risks. Jumping into the unknown doesn’t mean being reckless. Do your homework, but don’t let overthinking paralyze you. Find a mentor or a community that’s been there before. 2. Create opportunities from setbacks. My best deals came from properties others avoided. Learn to see what others miss—there’s value in challenges if you’re creative. 3. Always be learning. You don’t need to know it all upfront, but you need to be willing to learn fast. The game changes, and so should you. Ready to take that next step into real estate? It’s not about being perfectly prepared—it’s about taking bold, smart action. Hit the link in my bio, and let’s make it happen together. #mikeealy #realestateinvesting #multifamilyinvesting #commercialrealestate
