🎶We do it better yeah….🎶 Here is the quick poll who makes the best project/program managers once you leave the military? A. Admin and Logistics B. Combat Arms C. Avation D. Communications/IT E. Special Forces. F. Surface Warfare G. Space Force 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️ The most logical answer is A. Admin and Logistics because logistics wins wars. Although your not at war as a company for leadership positions, but you are in competition for the best talent. My recommendation is hire a recruiting company who can navigate this market and find top tier talent. That company is KGES King Global Enterprise Solutions #trollsbandtogether #military #logistics

Consultants Are Like Interpreters, They Both Help People Understand Things I was reliving the glory days recently with a veteran teammate. As always, we solved the world's problems, reminisced how good/bad we had it, and snuck in a litany of insults. We concluded on a few relevant things... Consultants and interpreters have a desired skill set needed for solving problems. They understand the audience and convert complex topics to relatable terms and concepts. Each works closely with disparate people and brings solutions together to achieve the desired results. Here are my top tips to become or find a solid consultant: 1. Be likeable. Work on being friendly and easy to talk to. Smile! 2. Know your craft. Whatever it is you specialize in, do that thing well. Call a spade a spade and tell the truth. 3. Communicate well. Convey your point concisely to the appropriate audience. #cybersecurity #networkdefense #incidentresponse #ciso #vciso #riskmanagement #military #consulting Army National Guard US Army United States Army Special Operations Command
