I am always on calls! At the heart of #ClientSuccess lies seamless #InternalCollaboration. And after successfully working on the same for 10 months, here’s my #mantra: 🔍Decode the #BrandEssence: Understanding the essence of a client's brand and communication style is crucial. Copy, design, and video teams manage various clients, setting clear expectations upfront avoids miscommunication and improves efficiency. 🤝Understand Client POCs: Beyond brand guidelines, understanding the expectations of the client point of contact (POC) is equally important. Building a good relationship with them allows effective communication of their perspective to internal teams. 🔑 Avoid Working in Silos: #Collaboration is key! Other teams don't possess the same level of brand knowledge as you. Working together can significantly reduce approval cycles. Whether brainstorming with copywriters, or the design team crafting templates, dedicate time for collaboration. 🎛 Understand each team’s work: Familiarize yourself with the basic terminologies and possible outcomes of each team's work. Understanding their capabilities helps in pitching concepts effectively to the client. 🙌 #Empathy is Crucial: Be mindful of internal team timelines and priorities. Offer assistance whenever possible. Simply dictating needs won't foster collaboration. Understanding their challenges strengthens your working relationship. 📑 Keep Things #Organized: Maintain organized content calendars, task trackers, and brand guidelines.
