This week, we celebrated the completion of the Gordie Howe Bridge deck! This bridge embodies the strong partnerships between the U.S. and Canada. It will boost trade, enhance travel, and for the first time, provide a safe route for pedestrians and cyclists.

With funding from President Biden's infrastructure bill, we're building a new pedestrian and bicycle crossing over I-710 at Humphreys Avenue Elementary in East LA. Secretary Pete joined local leaders to celebrate this funding that gives students a safer route to school.

We're helping Greeley, CO, build a new regional mobility hub and make safety improvements to two intersections. With President Biden's Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the people of Greeley will have safer streets and a connected transit network.

Good news, Memphis, Tennesee! We just announced a grant for a new I-55 bridge to replace the Memphis-Arkansas Bridge. This project will enhance traffic flow and regional infrastructure.

ICYMI: Secretary Pete joined Gov. Shapiro, Senator Casey, and Mayor Wanda Williams to announce a new round of funding to build and restore American bridges. These investments were made possible thanks to the Biden-Harris administration's infrastructure package.
