I would like to run a little survey: Question: Will any buyer show proof of logistics and proof of funds before they see POP? If you will not: Question: How do you close deal with sellers? Questions: If you get POP up front, will you guarantee payment and logistics? Question: How will you show your ability on logistics, white-listed tank farms? Question: How will you show POF ? I would like to hear from as many people that think they have the answers to these questions.

FIFO = First in first out = if you put or keep the good on your storage, the 1st thing you put or keep is the 1st you will take it out. LIFO = Last in first out. (Last good first out - this is mostly for goods based on expiry date)
