#ICYMI • SecAF Frank Kendall redesignated SpOC West as U.S. Space Forces – Space, a United States Space Force Component Field Command directly subordinate to the Chief of Space Operations on Dec. 6th. The activation of S4S ensures space forces are most efficiently presented to U.S. Space Command to best meet challenges presented by the dynamic national security environment and the return to great power competition.
"What does this mean for SpOC? SpOC remains the Service-retained #USSF force provider to all Combatant Commands. We will continue to generate, present, and sustain Space Forces to protect America and its Allies in, from, and to space, now and into the future." said Lt. Gen. Stephen Whiting, SpOC commander, "Congratulations to our teammates at S4S as they take on the responsibilities of being the USSF Service Component to #USSPACECOM. It is vital we be good teammates in support of their responsibilities. Thanks for all you do to ensure we remain a combat-ready Space Force."

Heads up, team and fellow leaders!
Boeing has just made waves with an announcement in the aerospace and defense game: landing a $439.6 million deal to craft the 12th Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) communications satellite for the U.S. Space Force's Space Systems Command.
Why's this a big deal for us and the broader aerospace community?
WGS-12 is more than just a satellite; it's the backbone of secure, resilient, and high-capacity communications for the U.S. military and allied forces. With its cutting-edge, anti-jam tech, it ensures that our forces stay connected, even in the most challenging environments.
Here's to continuing to lead the way, challenge the status quo, and inspire the next generation of aerospace innovation!

Space Logistics Week is just right around the corner at #LOA2024!
Extremely honored to have General Stephen Whiting, Commander, U.S. Space Command at #LOA2024 this year for an exciting Keynote!
LOGNATION, you do not want to miss this opportunity!
And since LOA is a professional development event for our "profession of arms" we call #Logistics, here are ten things I think you will learn the answers to ....
1. What is the difference between United States Space Force and U.S. Space Command?
2. Why does #America need U.S. Space Command?
3. What is U.S. Space Command responsible for?
4. Where is U.S. Space Command located and how big is it? Will it stay there or relocate?
5. Who does U.S. Space Command report to?
6. What military branches make up U.S. Space Command?
7. How successful is USSPACECOM in building and leveraging allies and partners?
8. What role does USSPACECOM play in Integrated Deterrence?
9. Everyday day our SLOCs are pressured and contested down here on Earth, is the space domain experiencing similar challenges?
10. We have white gloved #Logistics for years in exercises. USSPACECOM has a SECDEF approved OPLAN. <--- open source public info. So, what role do you see Big Logistics playing in supporting USSPACECOM? Do you put emphasis on the same for the military services so they can prioritize and provide weapon systems that meet your requirements and are sustainable?

Colleagues and Partners –
Think of ‘collaboration’? What does that mean to you?
One of the best descriptions we have heard is from a European wordsmith we know: “collaboration is the heartbeat of progress, a symphony of minds coming together to harmonize their strengths and ideas. It's the dynamic interplay of diverse talents, perspectives, and experiences, converging towards a common purpose. Beyond mere cooperation, true collaboration sparks innovation, fuels creativity, and cultivates a culture of shared success. It's about fostering an environment where every voice is heard, valued, and empowered to contribute to the collective vision.”
We like her ideas!
At RTHP™, by embracing collaboration, we bridge gaps, break barriers, and forge connections that propel us towards greater heights. We seek to work, think, plan, achieve and succeed as partners. So, let's unite our efforts, amplify our impact, and pioneer transformative change through the power of collaboration.
