This week, members of USYD Rocketry Team volunteered to help set up for the annual Chancellor's Committee Book Fair. The book fair is on again this year and is at the Great Hall from September 9 to 13. First run in 1986 under the name Bookfest, the Book Fair is entirely organised and operated by the volunteers of the Chancellor’s Committee. Their efforts not only save over 50,000 books each year from landfills but also lead to a significant benefit to the community. The University of Sydney's Chancellor's Committee provides ongoing support and plays a pivotal role in our team's journey. We are sincerely grateful for their continuous backing and could not have come this far without them!
