Employee ownership is a concept that is often overlooked in discussions about building wealth and achieving financial independence. Many people believe that the only way to build equity and create wealth is by owning businesses or investing in real estate, as outlined by financial experts like Robert Kiyosaki. However, what Kiyosaki and others fail to mention is that employees can also build wealth through ownership in the companies they work for.
