We caught another SCAMMER in the wild. It followed the EXACT same playbook I have written about in the past... -> "High Net Worth" investor gets in contact through investment platforms such as AIN, Envestors etc so you think its high quality. -> Wants to meet face to face abroad and offers upfront payment plus large investment to follow -> Gets agitated, aggressive and upset when I arrive (late) to the party and kill the deal. The scam is very simple. 1) They offer you a large convertible loan note, but to make it seem more real they are going to wire you a "decentralized" amount first. 2) You have to put 50% of the interest for the three years into a cyrpto wallet to prove you have capital 3) They steal everything, you lose everything, they block you on everything and disappear never to be seen again. It sounds obvious right? Well, you would be surprised. As they come through "verified" platforms, your guard is down. They will take you for dinner, show you photos of their family, this is a professional con. Please keep your wits about you and reach out to me if you want support.
