Autel Energy has unveiled its latest innovation, the MaxiCharger DC All-in-One. Designed for public charging stations, commercial fleets, and retail applications, this fast charger delivers up to 240 kW of power, supporting CCS1 and CHAdeMO standards for compatibility across a range of electric vehicles (EVs). The new MaxiCharger also features advanced energy management tools, optimizing energy distribution and monitoring to meet the growing demand for efficient and reliable EV charging solutions. Bidirectional charging - a key technology for sustainble energy supply!    Our CEO Sabine Busse gave a keynote speech to show how bidirectional charging and stationary storage systems can shape the future of energy supply.     “Electric cars are no longer just a means of transportation - they are mobile energy storage systems! Nearly 5 million electric vehicles have been sold in the United States since 2010. The adoption of these EVs is increasing reliance on clean, reliable power. But what would happen if EVs added power back to the electric grid? EPRI researchers recently investigated vehicle-grid integration program offerings in the U.S. and found that roughly 15% of EV owners participate in some form of utility VGI program. These customer options enhance system resilience, defer costly infrastructure investments, and facilitate the use of renewable energy.
