Our main phone line has been ‘down’ for over a week. A week. Our provider escalated this to BT Group and yet we are no further forward. We are not losing money (although our funders have every right to be a bit miffed). We are not losing business. We are however potentially losing people… People who need us when they have nowhere else to turn. People who attempted to ring our charity only to get no reply. People who plucked up enough courage to ring in and ask for help, only to find that their call had gone unconnected. I know sh1t happens and things break, but we have had no comms since 5th April and that just isn’t good enough BT. Unless of course you are prepared to come and sit with our team when we are up and running and listen to all the anger, tears and questions people will have for our incredibly hard working team when normal service is resumed. Don’t leave us hanging. People need their calls to be answered. Advocacy Focus 🧡💜
Our phone lines are currently down. We have set up a temporary number if you need to contact us by phone: 01254 962059 The cause of the issue has been identified as coming from BT, and our provider and BT are currently working on getting to the bottom of this and fixing it. We will continue to keep you updated.
