Rebuilding Together Dutchess County continues to accept donations for the work we do… We focus on critical home repairs and accessibility modifications for neighbors in Dutchess and Ulster Counties. Please join us in supporting our cause as a central part of your mission this year. Those neighbors we have assisted reported feeling a restored sense of pride in their homes again. Prior to our support 86% of those neighbors reported having had trouble entering and exiting their homes - this is no longer a concern. In addition, nearly 70% planned to pass on their property to a family member, friend, or an important cause they wanted to support. The average annual household income of those whom we serve is just $24,916. Often this limited income must cover the needs of multiple individuals, including necessities like food and healthcare, aside from the essential home repairs, and safety needs.
