Know-How Transfer: Are you a student and always wanted to know how your academic learnings will be applied in the real world of finance and investment? I am, together with Olivier P. Müller , looking forward to engage with students in our weekly lecture “Investment Process in Practice – Fundamentals and Applications” this fall semester 2024 at UZH Department of Finance already in the second season. It will address Master students (3 ECTS credits), especially for those in the Master of Science UZH ETH Quantitative Finance program but also for the Banking & Finance curriculum. The course will cover all aspects of the Investment Process, starting from Strategic Asset Allocation, Tactical Asset Allocation, Selection, Rebalancing, Governance Aspects, Performance Measurement, Reporting, but also Risk Management, (Digital) Currencies and Sustainability. The entire course will be based on sound academic foundations and will feature several guest contributions.
