Aditi Singha conducted a very intriguing session. Introducing ONDC, the Online Network for Digital Commerce which started off an year ago, unique initiative backed by Section 8, a non-profit organization in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. ONDC aims to bridge the gap between online and offline sales by harnessing the power of digital platforms. Unlike traditional sales methods, online commerce eliminates the need for physical human interaction, operates 24/7, and transcends geographical borders. The COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdowns further underscored the significance of online platforms, especially in the delivery of essential items such as medicine, groceries, food, and even oxygen. Acknowledging the potential drawbacks of monopolistic or duopolistic control in the e-commerce industry, ONDC seeks to establish a think tank that promotes a fair and competitive environment. By focusing on building an open network rather than a closed platform, ONDC works towards self-help groups, empowering individuals and communities. This initiative has already seen successful partnerships with various entities including self-help groups in Kerala, Meta, Ola, Paytm, and even saree weavers from Kanjivaram. Promoting women empowerment, ONDC recognizes the importance of financial autonomy and aims to create opportunities for girls and women to thrive in the digital commerce industry, ultimately giving back to society. #aarohan2024 #futureofbusiness #ondc #aditisingha #b2b #mastermind #digitalcommerce #onlinebusiness

🚨 Alert: Flipkart Scam Warning! 🚨 ⚠️ Just had a terrible experience with Flipkart! Purchased a mobile phone and discovered that the IMEI number doesn't match, and the brand has officially confirmed that the device is used. 😡📱 Be cautious, folks! Don't fall for these scams. 🛑🚫 Spread the word and save others from the hassle. #FlipkartScam #FakeMobiles #StayInformed #flipkartforindia #flipkart #flipkartbigbilliondays #flipkartservices #FlipkartNews #consumerawareness 🚫📢. To exacerbate the situation, the customer service support I received was extremely poor. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a chat option on their website, and the company's LinkedIn page had comments disabled on all posts. #flipkartforindia #flipkart #flipkartbigbilliondays #flipkartservices #FlipkartNews

Spearheaded by the Ministry of Women & Child Development, this scheme will provide secure transport exclusively for women, deploying pink e-rickshaws. The plan involves offering a 20% subsidy to unemployed women interested in purchasing a rickshaw, with applicants contributing 10% and the rest covered through bank loans. Minister Aditi Tatkare highlights the initiative's dual impact—supporting economically disadvantaged women and addressing the need for safe transportation. Commissioner Dr Prashant Narnaware revealed plans to introduce 5,000 pink e-rickshaws initially, prioritizing women's empowerment and inclusive economic growth. This eco-friendly fleet aligns with global sustainability trends, ensuring a modern, safe, and efficient transport system for women passengers. Here are some of the top learnings from the season: 1️⃣Value of Community and Relationships: The season emphasizes the importance of building strong relationships within the community. The protagonist, Abhishek Tripathi, further integrates himself into the village, illustrating how mutual respect and understanding can bridge cultural and social gaps. 2️⃣Challenges of Rural Administration: The show sheds light on the bureaucratic challenges and inefficiencies in rural administration. It highlights how local governance is often complicated by limited resources, corruption, and traditional mindsets. 3️⃣Empowerment Through Education: The series underscores the transformative power of education. Abhishek’s role as a graduate working in the panchayat office reflects the potential impact of educated youth on rural development. 4️⃣Balancing Tradition and Modernity: The tension between traditional practices and modern values is a recurring theme. The characters navigate this balance, showcasing the need for progress while respecting cultural heritage. 5️⃣Resilience and Adaptability: The characters display resilience and adaptability in the face of various challenges, whether it’s dealing with personal issues or community problems. Their ability to find innovative solutions to everyday problems is inspiring. 6️⃣Role of Women in Rural Areas: The season continues to explore the evolving role of women in rural India, portraying them as strong, capable, and influential figures in their communities. 7️⃣Humor in Adversity: Despite the many challenges, the series maintains a light-hearted and humorous tone, highlighting the importance of finding joy and laughter even in difficult situations. 8️⃣Social Issues: The show addresses various social issues such as caste dynamics, gender roles, and economic disparity, providing a nuanced portrayal of rural India.
