We’re incredibly proud of our exclusive stage partnership with the trailblazing Silo London - the world’s first zero waste restaurant. Under the mentorship of the hugely talented and visionary Douglas McMaster, Vacherin chefs are given the opportunity to immerse themselves in Silo’s innovative practices for a week. They are then tasked with bringing back a minimum of one initiative that they then introduce their kitchens, known as ‘The rule of Doug’.
