Role and Responsibilities 1.Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. 2. Manage Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing campaigns across channels such as digital, social media, print, and events. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. 3.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively. Monitor expenditures and ensure resources are allocated wisely to achieve maximum ROI. 4.Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and behavior. Utilize findings to shape marketing strategies, product development, and customer segmentation. 5. Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement best practices. 6. Brand Management: Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing initiatives. Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence in all communications and visual assets. 7*. Analytics and Reporting:* Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders. 8. Public Relations: Manage public relations strategies and media relations. Handle press releases, media inquiries, and crisis communications effectively to maintain a positive company image. 9. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Foster collaboration and communication across departments. 10. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or modern trade, preferably within the FMCG sector. Strong understanding of the modern trade landscape in India, including major retail chains and consumer behavior. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales and analytics tools. Skills: Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
