Have you read "The Courage to Be Disliked" by Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitake Koga???? If not, read the post below where I have enlisted the key takeaways. 1. Individual Psychology : Based on Alfred Adler's principles, the book emphasizes that our present and future shape our lives more than past traumas. 2. Self-Acceptance : True freedom comes from accepting oneself unconditionally, embracing flaws, and focusing on personal growth rather than external validation. 3. Interpersonal Relationships : Healthy relationships are built on mutual respect and viewing others as equals. We should strive to reduce power struggles and superiority/inferiority complexes. 4. Life Tasks : Happiness comes from courageously engaging in life's tasks: work, friendship, and love, without avoiding the inherent challenges they bring. 5. Living Authentically : The courage to be disliked is about living authentically, making choices aligned with our values, and accepting that not everyone will approve of us. Highly recommend this read. Day 55/90 ---

Caught Between Feeling Less Than and Greater Than! The struggle between inferiority and superiority is an illusion of the mind.” – Eckhart Tolle Have you ever felt like you’re constantly bouncing between feeling less than others in one moment, and then feeling spiritually superior the next? It’s like a power struggle between wanting to be seen, recognized, and even… better. This inner conflict can easily turn into arrogance, isolation, and disconnection. The spiritual ego can sneak up on us, making us believe we’re ahead of others in our journey, but deep down, we’re still battling feelings of unworthiness. If this resonates, you’re not alone. This is a struggle of the ego—the constant battle between inferiority (3D) and superiority (4D). It’s a sign that you’re out of balance and disconnected from true humility and self-acceptance. But here’s the truth: Your worth doesn’t come from being more than or less than anyone else. You’re on your own unique path, just like everyone else. Balance starts with letting go of the need to prove your worth. Ground yourself in the present moment, embrace humility, and understand that true connection doesn’t compete—it simply is. Are you living in balance, or are you struggling between feeling “less than” and “more than”? How can you bring yourself back to center?

"Am I good enough?" "Is this a safe place to speak the truth?" "If I show my real self, will they accept me?" Being imperfectly human, we probably ask ourselves these questions frequently. As I further engage in psychology, I am starting to see a tiny version of myself, having developed so many defense mechanisms and narratives, trying to justify and hide with layers. There is so much pain and distress when we grow up. Sometimes emotions look almost untouchable. We yearn for success and at the same time we fear of success. We embrace a role and yet what comes in a package is willing to sacrifice and look bad. We want authenticity but vulnerability can almost feel like a naked fool. Tough love is so uncomfortable and without, we stay too comfortable. Being, in itself, is so complicated. We split between selflessness and selfishness. We struggle to please and confuse recognition with self-worth. We are individuals and at the same time we are a collective. As a goodnight lullaby poem, I want to tell myself and my fellow friends here that wherever we are, we are worthy of love and we are enough-- good enough.

This picture speaks to my soul! I realized I was stuck in emotionally draining patterns, letting them consume me and adopting them as my identity. Not recognizing this caused a lot of self-inflicted pain. I spent years trying to "find myself" and understand who I was without all the noise. This journey led to deep self-reflection, empathy, and awareness. It all starts with the self. Why do we do the things we do? What motivates us? When we place our worth on what others think, we can adopt their negative perceptions and end up disappointed. Remember, you are not defined by your patterns, behaviors, or mistakes. You are a human doing your best. If you find yourself in a negative environment, remember that your true worth comes from within.

Relationship and Intimacy Therapist | Helps couples to build strong, healthy relationships by exploring and changing emotional dynamics to enhance mutual understanding and closeness
What If: The Philosophical Journey of Intimacy Through Life's Surprises Imagine this: you embark on a long-awaited vacation, excited to immerse yourself in new experiences and capture breathtaking moments. The world is alive with possibilities, and you’re ready to embrace every bit of it. But then, amidst the laughter and adventure, you unexpectedly find yourself caught in a sudden rainstorm—one that soaks your plans and leaves you huddled under a small awning, waiting for the downpour to subside. In this moment, life asks a profound question: How do we define intimacy when faced with life’s unpredictable turns? What if, in the midst of our best-laid plans falling apart, we realize that true intimacy isn’t found solely in shared adventures or picturesque moments? What if it’s revealed in the warmth of a partner who stands beside you, sharing an umbrella and laughter, turning a dreary situation into a cherished memory? Imagine that partner, who embodies unwavering support, reminding you that even in the midst of chaos, you are not alone. This is the essence of intimacy—being present for each other through the storms of life. It’s about harnessing emotional intelligence, responding to each other’s fears and anxieties, and cultivating resilience together. What if we embraced these unexpected challenges as opportunities for deeper connection? What if we let these moments teach us about love, support, and the true meaning of companionship? In this philosophical exploration of intimacy, I invite you to reflect: How do you nurture your relationships when life throws you a curveball? What insights have you gained about love and partnership during turbulent times? Let’s engage in a thoughtful conversation about the nature of intimacy, emotional intelligence, and the enduring strength of our connections. #Philosophy #Intimacy #EmotionalIntelligence #Relationships #Growth #LifeLessons

The comfort zone of the mind is the space in which the majority of civilization operates. It is a space where it is easy to live in slavery to one's mind and succumb to its patterns. Most of us do not even realize that it is possible to step out of the slavery of the mind into the space of consciousness, of being. The worst slavery is one that you are not even aware of being in. This is the case of our identification with the egoic mind. Stepping out of the comfort zone is never easy, and in the case of the mind, it is even more difficult because it involves abandoning one's own egoic identity, it is like dying to oneself. The fundamental condition for awakening to higher consciousness is the need to step out of the comfort zone. Unfortunately, in most cases, a person is unable to leave the comfort zone on their own initiative, and it takes suffering caused by ignorance to drive them out of it. #mindfulness #presentmoment #consciousbeing #careers #leadership #enterpreneurship #peace #harmony #trust #surrender
