Customer Success & Support | Driving Client Adoption & Expansion | Transforming Feedback into Action 🚀
I Love these posts; I cannot hide them as they make me say out loud, "Yes, Mom, I'm proud of it!". Do you like data? Over time, I hired 112 professionals for OutSystems. - 52 still work for the company (on average 5+ years as an employee) - 53 work for the OutSystems ecosystem of partners and customers - 7 have decided to move to a different career. So, when you hire me, the odds are high that you'll also find great talent for your team and business! It is not a leap of faith when you evolve a growth plan over the years. The rest is history! Congrats on those 10 João Pêgas! Side Notes: > I did not use AI to create this post! > I use the export data that LinkedIn provides to get the insights > Feeding up the LinkedIn algorithm with more content while I'm taking some time out of social content creation.
Words cannot fully capture the sentiment; it's been a decade since I started at OutSystems, yet it feels like it was just yesterday. I still remember the first time Vera Tiago presented me to OutSystems and when Ricardo Araujo took a leap of faith in hiring me, a fresh university graduate. Throughout these years, I've had the privilege of working alongside colleagues and mentors like Susana Amaro, Nelson Baptista, Sandro Coutinho, João A., Nuno Roxo, David Farinha, João Barata, Jeremy Samkowiak and Pedro Queiros who have all contributed to my professional and personal development. Looking ahead, I'm excited about the years to come and I’m looking forward to continuing this journey together!

What to write after 9 MVP titles? The merit belongs to a lot of people. From the old days: -Matthias Preuter for answering nicely my first decent question in the forum. -Patrícia Crispim for saying I should be an OutSystems MVP even before the title existed. -Mario Araujo for seeing something in me to be on the first batch of MVPs. In the long journey: -Vera Tiago for fighting my imposter syndrome As a trainer: Cláudia Costa (she/her) for saying I should be a trainer with Andre Matos 🔥. Ana Sofia Martins for picking my first class: Ana Rute, Antonia Tajes Farenzena, Erivaldo Lopes, Filipe Marques, José Valter da Silva Junior, Marina Anzzelotti Bento, Miguel Alfaiate, Nuno Reforço, Patrícia Santana, Rafael Caumo, Ruben da Silva, Sofia Falcão, Thais Costa. Talked a lot about this class today with Ana Lopes and Manuel Salgado. (to be continued) #outsystems
Exciting News: Our Founder Renews MVP Status! 🌟 Here at the offices we are thrilled to announce that our visionary leader and founder, Nuno Reis, has once again been recognized as a Most Valuable Professional (MVP) By OutSystems!🏆 This prestigious title is another testament to Nuno's incomparable expertise in this field. He is the most awarded (3 Neo Awards), the most certified (19 certifications/specializations), and has the longest tenure as MVP in the community (ninth year). Being renewed as an MVP for the 8th time is no small feat, and it reaffirms Nuno's status as a thought leader and influencer, which we see daily in the User Groups Nuno organizes for the local community and the students he trains and mentors in OutSystems for the world. We are incredibly proud to have Nuno as our leader, driving us and our clients towards success. Join us in congratulating Nuno on this remarkable accomplishment. that inspires us all. Thank you Ana Bandarra Baptista, Beatriz Sabino, Cláudia Matos Caetano, Dierli Santos and Tania Oliveira for the wonderful testimonies. One day you too can be on that list. 🚀✨ Very excited to share that I achieved my certification in REST - OutSystems! 🎓 During the certification process, I took a deep dive into several crucial aspects of reading and developing REST APIs, exploring topics such as: 🔍 Consuming and Exposing REST APIs to facilitate communication between systems and services. 🔧 Delving deeper into the anatomy of an HTTP request, understanding verbs, status codes, headers and the body of requests. 📚 Using Swagger to consume an API efficiently and intuitively. 🔒 Mastering authentication techniques to ensure the security of my APIs. 🛠️ Customizing requests and responses to meet the specific needs of my project. ⚠️ Proactively handling errors and performing log analysis to quickly identify and resolve issues. 📝 Building detailed documentation to facilitate the integration and use of my APIs. 👥 Managing the responsibilities of each user through defined roles, ensuring controlled and secure access to resources. This learning journey was challenging but extremely rewarding. It was with the tips from this class that I built the Pokedex (https://lnkd.in/dzg8Ee6n) as well as an APi that manages products from a Warehouse. I would like to thank the Academia RafaOutSystems, and Renato Nascimento his commitment to the classes, as he himself says: " Together we go further! " 🚀📈 #RafaOutSystems #REST #APIs #Certification #Development #Technology Rafa OutSystems (Global)
