Great video demonstrate the cofferdam technique and construction of the segmental bridges!! + one method used for building bridges over deep water bodies is the cofferdam technique. This involves constructing a wall that encloses an area within the water, and then continuously pumping out the water from that area. Once the cofferdam is established, the foundation of the bridge, including its pillars, can be built. Since these bridges are constructed in the sea or river itself, constant monitoring is necessary to anticipate and address high water tides. Bridges built using this technique are known for their strength and ability to bear heavy loads. #Construction #segmentalbridges #civilengineering
