Loving DEI Strategist supporting you bold inclusive leadership Talks about #leadership #dei #culture #courage #méxico

How can leaders continue to question the relevance of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging work? Yesterday on the 60th anniversary of the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom, three Black people were murdered in Jacksonville by a racist man at a store. Luckily he was not able to enter the historically Black university Edward Waters so those students are physically safe but surely scared. Racist gun violence like this may not be happening in your workplace but racism does exist in workplaces. Do you know how to identify it? Do you know how to address it? What are you doing to support your Black employees so they can thrive? Black people have a right to feel safe in workplaces, schools, and all places open to the public. How can they feel safe when things like this continue to happen? What are you doing to keep your Black employees and clients safe, to help them feel respected, and free from not only physically violence but other harms? #deib #dei #inclusiveworkplace #racism #blacklivesmatter #BLM #inclusiveleadership #promotinggood
