We love to see this, Andre Lehr! Thanks for representing SSR discussing the ever-changing topic of technology in the planning, design, and construction of healthcare facilities.
Had a wonderful time at the AMFP Dallas Healthcare Summit yesterday! I had the privilege to moderate a panel with the talented Jeff Black, P.E., LEED AP, Brent Rutherford, CEM, CHFM, CBCP and Andre Lehr. We thoroughly enjoyed the conversation preparing for the panel, getting to know each other, and ultimately presenting to the audience. It's always a pleasure to connect with like-minded professionals and learn from each other. Grateful for the experience and excited to have participated. Also many thanks to Brad Bonfiglio, Candace LeVaughn, Khris House and Jeff Eggleston for their support in putting the event together. #HealthcareSummit #PanelDiscussion #Networking #ProfessionalGrowth #SchneiderElectric

It takes something to take a hospital to where it has never been before. You should know where it came from, where it is today, how it is ever changing. It takes time, dedication, commitment to become one of the most knowledgeable people about the hospital and healthcare. Before you even think of going to the future, you study, learn, and retrain everything else, its history, evolution, today's tech, MedTech, the healthcare philosophy, current thinking, and vision.

Heritage, Health & Hospitals: A History of Ideas Come and ASCHB on the 18th April for a day of talks from a wide range of wonderful speakers, culminating in what should be another remarkable plenary session. You can find full details of how to sign up at https://lnkd.in/ebvfTcY9 As with so many aspects of our lives, healthcare changed radically as a result of the Industrial Revolution and The Enlightenment. Some changes were of immense value, but others had unfortunate consequences. ASCHB2024 turns the microscope onto the healthcare and the historic environment, examining the impacts of science and fashion on hospitals and other healthcare settings, and asking: what are we doing right, and where have we gone off the rails? How can we extract the best ideas from the whole history of healthcare in the built environment, to construct a better and healthier future?
