I’ll just quickly drop this here for my #recruitment network 😉 Most people fall into being. #recruiter, but I find there is a lot of shared attributes of successful recruiters; - Curiosity; We have to want to know what the businesses we support truly do! - Relationship driven; Connetion is key to hiring, even if you are more aligned to introvert (like me), you have to build great relationships. - Communication; Explaining what a variety of teams do, from call to call, shifting to different skill sets, cultures, and communication styles at the blink of an eye is key to success, so you have to want to do it. - Sales ability; Hiring is a cousin of sales, we have to be able to sell a role, be focused on delivering quality hiring process and candidate experience along the way.
