Cylinder Block, Pistons and Valve Plate are the key internal components of the plunger pump, and they play an important role in the operation of the hydraulic pump. The following is a detailed introduction to these three components: 1. Cylinder Block: - The cylinder block is the part of the plunger pump that holds the plunger, and is usually made of high-strength alloy steel. There are multiple cylinder holes in the cylinder block, and a plunger is installed in each cylinder hole. When the pump is running, the plunger reciprocates in the cylinder block to push the flow of hydraulic oil. 2. Pistons: - The plunger is one of the core components of the plunger pump, and it reciprocates in the cylinder block. The movement of the plunger is achieved by the pressure of the hydraulic oil, and the reciprocating movement of the plunger sucks in and presses out the hydraulic oil. The plunger is usually made of wear-resistant materials, such as alloy steel or ceramics, to withstand high pressure and high frequency movement. 3. Valve Plate: - The valve plate is installed on one side of the cylinder block and contacts the cylinder block. The oil distribution plate has oil holes corresponding to the cylinder body, which control the inlet and outlet of the hydraulic oil. The oil distribution plate effectively separates the oil suction and discharge processes of the plunger pump through rotational motion, ensuring the correct flow direction of the hydraulic oil. The design of the oil distribution plate directly affects the volumetric efficiency and pressure performance of the pump. The interaction of these three components is the key to the normal operation of the plunger pump.
