We want to share this exciting walk-through aboard MY ACE, the 45-meter fully customized motor yacht we delivered in early 2023. The multi-award-winning yacht, after receiving an outstanding interest when she made her debut at MYS last September, won 3 awards at the BOAT International Media Design & Innovation Awards 2024 as Best New Series, Best Interior Design Motor Yacht 499GT and above 40m, and Best Naval Architecture – Displacement Motor Yachts.
Built from the owner’s dream, we provided a bespoke advisory and project management consultancy to assist him through each step of this journey. The result is an “ACE” that exceeded the owner’s expectations!
As the Owner's Pre-contract Advisor and Representative, we were involved in the development of ACE from the very beginning. We navigated the client through the 9-month project team selection process, developed preliminary project and technical specifications, and negotiated and finalized the Yacht Construction Contract alongside their client's legal advisor. (HFW).
During this period, we provided the client with comprehensive assistance by introducing them to various builders and designers who, in our experience, could meet the Owner's expectations and requirements for the final selection. We attended major yacht shows worldwide, from Cannes and Monaco to Miami and Palm Beach, to showcase the quality of each player within the building industry and display various yacht layouts. This helped the client develop their vision for their future superyacht.
After the contract, we managed the project from executive design and engineering through construction to completion as the owner’s representative and project manager. By consistently coordinating and supervising each design and construction stage, we ensured compliance with the contract and regularly reported progress to the client.
Thanks to the team's expertise, the final result surpassed the client's expectations. The second and third hulls are currently under construction, C144s has become a very successful series for the shipyard. The second hull, and sister ship of ACE, is due to be delivered for the 2024 summer season.
