I've noticed a recurring theme lately as I have been deep inside of the business development world. Many companies are hesitant to engage external agencies because they're inundated with over 200 applicants for open positions, which often remain unfilled for months. What surprises me most is the significant time required to sift through such a large applicant pool. For hiring managers and HR professionals, finding top talent isn't always their main focus, competing with various other responsibilities. From my own experience, I know that posting job descriptions on platforms like LinkedIn or Indeed doesn't guarantee a flood of perfectly qualified candidates; it often means hours of review to find just one suitable match. With over six years in this field, I question why hiring managers still equate a high volume of applicants with success. Having access to a network of referrals, an internal database, and pre-vetted candidates, I believe there's a smarter, more efficient approach to talent acquisition. Let's shift our focus to working smarter, not harder. While I may be biased, I'm confident that my services can deliver top-tier talent and expedite the hiring process, resulting in successful placements within weeks rather than months.
