We are pleased to announce the recent sale of two VanWest Storage Fund II assets, generating more than $5 million in proceeds for the Fund. The sales generated a 33.1% IRR and a 1.91X equity multiple over a 2.5 year hold period. The two Illinois assets were acquired in the Fall of 2021 and underwritten at a 13.7% targeted IRR.
