Creating an interesting, folded, piece for your marketing objectives adds interest and not much more cost. During the design process, I tend to steer clients away from the boring and dreaded tri-fold pamphlet. Why not opt for something more interesting in which your audience will not only engage with it but retain in their space for future reference. Diffused lighting is used in machine vision systems to achieve even illumination across the subject being imaged. It reduces shadows and minimizes glare and reflections. https://lnkd.in/egHqMWqr ►Dome Lights: These provide complete, uniform lighting by surrounding the object with light from all directions. This eliminates shadows and reflections, offering a "shadowless" image. ►Diffuse Coaxial Lights: These illuminate the object by reflecting light along the optical axis of the camera, creating uniform lighting. Useful for flat or slightly curved reflective surfaces. ►Backlighting with Diffusion: Placing diffused light behind the object can enhance contrast for silhouette inspection or edge detection. With our Synthetic Data services, wear and tear textures can be applied to your product data - giving a more lifelike appearance. Simulating these textures in a real world situation helps to improve our visual search capabilities - the closer the visual similarities are, the more accurate the search results will be, and the engine can learn to recognise the part despite its state. Is this some sort of light show? Not quite! All of Thermo International’s new #InductionHeating machines come equipped with indicator lights both front and back on the devices to help alert the user to the status of the machine. But it's much more than just a light. The lights blink or flash to indicate many different modes the machine is running in. This intuitive design is color-coded so the lights also match the background colors of the pop-up windows on the color touch screen. Red illuminates when there is a fault, Yellow flashes when the machine is in a limit, Green when the machine is running, White when the machine is in a ready state. White flashes while in programmer mode, among many other indications. These machines also blink the next control button to be pushed or illuminate the active buttons to help guide the operator. Have we solved interface design? After reviewing 300+ washing machine interfaces* my answer is no, absolutely not. Berg's 2014 Cloudwash concept solved pretty much all of the usual issues, but no one has put it into production. Instead, each manufacturer makes little and big errors.
