Is it SAP or Ess-ay-pee?
Yeah I couldn’t care less either but if I’ve got your attention chances are you might operate in this weird and wonderful world of acronyms, Systems Integrators and successful (sometimes) go lives.
If you do, what follows are a few things you already know.
✅Your experience is in high demand
✅This demand is driven (in part) by the volume of businesses moving to S/4 HANA
✅The big SI’s and Implementation Partners are swimming in new programmes
You might be working for a consultancy as we speak. Perhaps you used to but got fed up of the lifestyle, the ways of working, the feeling of being a small cog in a much MUCH larger machine.
In either case you may be left thinking that when it comes to supporting organisations in seeing a return on their SAP investment, there has to be a better way.
So here are a few things you might NOT know.
💡There is (a better way-pay attention 😉)
💡The business advocating for it are growing
💡I’m working with them exclusively to support that growth
They’re not looking for a pat on the back. Neither am I.
What they are looking for are people that want to play a pivotal role in their plans over the next few years, take genuine pride in representing their clients best interests and are looking for an environment where they’re trusted to deliver in a way that works for them.
I’m not an SAP specialist. I’m a recruiter with 12 years experience hiring people who are. I also flip flop between SAP and Ess-ay-pee depending on what mood I’m in. Soz 😁
Keep an eye out for a LOOOOAD of vacancies coming soon.
If you’re open to a very informal chat about a move and have experience as a Programme/ Project Manager, Architect, Functional Consultant or senior leader then I’d love to hear from you.
In the meantime enjoy the rest of your week 🤘🏻
