Our brand community is united by three core principles. 1. “We are they”. Treating other with the same integrity we would ask of ourselves 2. “Further together”. Because alone we may be fast but together we go further. 3. “Empowerment”. The cornerstone of our community is empowerment shared to one another. Good luck to all team Varlo members this weekend racing Ironman LakePlacid !

I have limited knowledge about the sport of rowing, also known as crew in the U.S. However, through my observations and discussions with team members, I have come to understand that one of the most crucial aspects of the sport is the collective effort required for success. In rowing, winning is dependent on the precision and synchronization of each team member. A slight deviation in timing can decrease the chances of winning significantly. This concept can be applied to organizational culture. Fostering a sense of purpose, connection, and psychological safety, while discouraging individualistic attitudes, is essential for maximizing the chances of success. #culture #culturetransformation

Conquering the Elements on the NC 500: A Prelude to the Tour Divide Just wrapped up cycling the North Coast 500, and wow, what a ride it was! The Scottish weather threw everything it had at me—rain, wind, and the occasional burst of sunshine—making it a truly grueling test of endurance and spirit. But as challenging as it was, it turned out to be the perfect final rehearsal before the Tour Divide in July. Training in such harsh conditions is a stark reminder that the path to any great achievement is seldom seen by others. It's easy to admire the triumph of crossing the finish line, but the real story is the unseen hardship—the relentless daily grind, the self-doubt, the physical exhaustion, and the sheer force of will required to push through when every muscle screams for you to stop. As I gear up for the Tour Divide, this experience on the NC 500 has been invaluable. It’s not just about building physical stamina, but also about steeling my mental toughness. It’s about learning to embrace the struggle, to find comfort in discomfort, knowing that each challenging mile is a step toward a greater goal. To anyone out there embarking on their own journeys, remember this: the support and encouragement from others can make a monumental difference. It's tough going it alone, and having a community or even just a few cheerleaders in your corner can be the boost you need to keep moving forward. Let’s support each other more. Whether it’s training for a bike race, reaching a personal goal, or overcoming an obstacle, encouragement is a powerful force. Trust me, it matters more than you might think. Here’s to resilience, relentless training, and the unseen journey to success. Let’s keep pushing, keep supporting, and keep achieving. See you at the finish line! 4400km to go! Listen as he discusses his military background, his transition into the world of motorsports, and his passionate work with veterans. Here are some of the riveting insights you can expect: 🔹 From the Armed Forces to the Racetrack: Robert's story is one of tenacity and resilience. After serving in the military, he found refuge and a new sense of purpose in tarmac rally racing—an endeavor that aided him through the challenges of PTSD. 🔹 Legacy and Sustained Impact: With plans to pass the baton in the coming years, Robert emphasizes the need to equip the younger generation of veterans to take up roles that sustain charitable initiatives like theirs. 🔹 Coaching Excellence: Beyond motorsports, Robert's remarkable coaching journey from guiding an underdog girls' basketball team to championship glory to fostering a winning spirit in a boy's team reveals the universal principles that drive success across sports and life. 📌 3 Key Takeaways: - The role of "stickability" and perseverance in overcoming personal and professional challenges. - The significant impact of structured programs, like Veterans in Motorsport, on social re-engagement and recovery for individuals with physical and mental health issues. - Effective sponsorship acquisition involves not just simply asking for support but also providing genuine value and establishing productive relationships with sponsors. Integrity is everything in life. Surround yourself with people who you know are full of integrity and speak the truth. This is so important for your relationships, family, friendships, sports and your business/teammates. When you're part of a team, you commit 100% with a winning mindset. Eliminate those who don’t speak the truth and are not willing to play fallout as a team with each other. It’s such a beautiful thing when you see a team come together, pick somebody up, and all rise together. This is where success happens in life. #Football #NFL #Soccer #Baseball #LongtermInvestments #Teamwork #NetworkMarketing #Championship #Winners #Commitment #Unshakable #Confidence #Caring #Support

Things that Matter. The New Zealand All Blacks are the most successful Rugby team of all time. They have a legacy that rivals the greatest teams in almost every other sport worldwide. How have they done this? By being tough of course. By being extremely talented obviously. But there is another element to their success that may seem counter intuitive; - They clean up after themselves. In his book 'Legacy', James Kerr portrays the team tidying up the locker room after a game: Sweeping the sheds Doing it properly So no one else has to. Because no one looks after the All Blacks They look after themselves. If we want ourselves or anyone – our children, families, businesses, to clean up after themselves, it helps to understand why it matters. If we want them to look after themselves, we must teach them to find pride and satisfaction in taking responsibility. If we want them to sweep the sheds we have to teach them – by example – that it’s not just a chore. It’s a statement of character, commitment, pride and self-sufficiency. It’s an illustration of who we are. “How we do anything is how we do everything” is one of the best lessons we can practise and teach. Leaving a mess isn’t just a mess – it shows that we’re a mess. From 'The Daily Dad' Ryan Holiday. Enjoy the rest of your week Kimbo
