If you care about easing the financial burdens of Americans, you should offer me compensation for wrongly closing my account by your own admission in writing after I'd filed with the OCC. It's taken me months to get my money back from you after you'd wrongfully closed my account without my consent, and your company explicitly lied to me multiple times, telling me explicitly in writing not to contact customer service even though you'd send the check the wrong address, and now you've failed to deliver the check to the correct address after a month. You've essentially stolen $4000 from me for two months now, and your customer service is doing nothing but brushing me off. You need to be held accountable, and thankfully the OCC has helped me to do that by forcing you to admit your wrongdoing. If you hadn't sabotaged my financial position, I would be in a position to sue you. Fortunately, I'm working and banking elsewhere, and will be filing suit as soon as I can afford to.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST. Check was deposited, they suspended my account for 4 days. Even though I've provided all necessary info. Still suspended and can not access funds. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service.

Oh really because I can’t even deposit a check or use zelle… and all I’m told by anyone at varo is that your computer program has decided to block me being able to deposit a check and use Zelle and not one person of I get a person can tell me why or even help me by fixing it… im so frustrated with varo that I’m about to leave it because it’s so inconvenient to work with and zero customer service anymore…

48hrs later no communication from you and you’re still holding my money EVEN though all id was verified. Definitely do not use this “bank” try chime, cashapp…he’ll keep it in ur mattress it’d be safer than with varo aka scammers.
