What is behind China's EV miracle? Or, how is China solving its overproduction and deflation problem? Azalea (蔚来 - China's famous EV producer) employees exposed being implicitly forced to buy azalea car within 1 year, otherwise they could be laid off. Earlier this month it is said that Azure was in the process of staff optimization, and it was said that the layoffs were quite a lot, between 10%-20%, or 3,000-6,000 people could be laid off. This is not difficult to understand, Azalea's financial report itself is "annual loss", such as the second quarter of this year's financial report, Azalea's net loss of 6.056 billion yuan, the gross profit margin of only 1%. Coupled with the fact that the economy is not as good as we thought, sales are definitely worse than before, and layoffs are nothing to be surprised about. The key is that under this situation, a netizen posted a post revealing that Azalea has asked its employees to buy Azalea cars. The netizen himself has taken credit and bought a Azelea car, yet, in the end he was still fired by the company. The blogger's revelations are quite shocking, saying that "almost 80% of Azera's employees have been told, explicitly or implicitly, that if they want to keep their jobs, they have to buy Azera cars. After much deliberation, and in order to avoid middle-aged unemployment, I bit the bullet and took out a loan of 300,000 yuan to buy an Azera ET5 before the end of last year." Get to know VIP! My name is Mark Jackson, and I'm passionate about technology. From a young age, I've been fascinated by how it shapes our world. My journey into this industry was further enriched during my time in the military, where I gained valuable knowledge and experience. Division and Title: I ‘m currently the New Market Development manager here at VIP. Getting Started in the Industry: My interest in technology led me to explore computers while I was in my teens. After I left the military, I just kept learning more about computers and how they operate. This led me to start my own company in 2004 called PCRx, Inc. I merged PCRx with VIP in July 2014. Favorite Part of the Job: The most rewarding aspect is witnessing our ideas come to life. Whether it's a unique service concept or a push for excellent customer service, seeing both employees and customers enjoy what we've created is incredibly fulfilling.
