🎉 Happy Women’s Equality Day! 🌟 At Vasion, we’re proud to be recognized in Utah for championing women in the workplace and fostering an environment where equality is not just a goal, but a practice. Our CPO recently spoke on KUTV news about the small yet impactful steps we’re taking—from improving our parental leave policy to intentionally creating space for women in our offices—ensuring women have the support they need to thrive. “We’ve intentionally created space. Not just in our roles and organization, but even in our physical environment… We have a beautiful women’s lounge, where women can go unwind, we put a partition in the gym so they can exercise with more privacy.” Watch the full interview and celebrate with us as we continue to push for progress every day!

MyOwn Image, a fantastic new organization focused on ending nonconsensual distribution of intimate imagery, including digital forgeries, is hosting a press conference tomorrow (Weds 9/25) on the package of state level laws they are pushing forward to end this abuse of women across the country. Thinking about IWD today, I have been reflecting on the huge intersectionality in the community represented by women living with disability (referring to all people who identify as women, as well as femme identifying non-binary folk).
