For me personally in my role it's how SAP are not just looking at "making a process better" but rethinking all the steps in the value chain to simplify and optimise each and every core process.
Whether it's dealing with 10,000 calls to check on deliveries or invoices or it's 1,000,000 customers looking to see if the product is available in this colour in this location in the world of #customerexperience everything is as Nitin said "intertwined".
But thinking, as Riad said, #mobile first, #ai first and #customerfirst is an opportunity to look at if we were starting a business today, what would we do differently.
We've got the ability to connect the old with the new with a #composable enterprise platform that gives the tools and applications to reinvent the way you do business.
