I'm excited to share that I've written a review of #SAPSalesCloud on #TrustRadius. With my experience, I was able to share how I use #SAPSalesCloud day-to-day to help others choose the right software for them. In my experience SAP Sales Cloud, is appropriate for organizations facing challenges with disjointed and complex sales processes. If teams are experiencing lack of centralized customer data or difficulties in tracking interactions, SAP Sales Cloud can help them to digitize and automate these processes. On the other hand, if the company is looking to test or explore a CRM without a defined digitalization strategy, perhaps the tool will be a little big for this objective.
