Chief Executive Officer at Vault89

We have three values at Vault89 that guide our work. And the first of those values is Be Honest. Dishonesty is a difficult sin to avoid because it is easy to cheat if you think no one will notice. However, dishonesty impacts more than just the victim, it affects the very core of the person being dishonest. It makes them untrustworthy and untrusting. It eventually makes them unable to know themselves or relate to others. And it will destroy culture from the inside out. Don’t take dishonesty lightly. How can we ever get to an honest solution if we are not honest about the problem. Be Honest.

Core value #1. INTEGRITY (imo hand in hand with honesty). It's sad there are people out there that will use dishonesty to elevate thier career, project, life, business, or status. Thank you for the reminder Doug Baldwin Jr. I also think... it's always noticed by the real deal hard working class, we just choose preserverance and the high road... #karmaforthedishonest

This comes up with my kids from time to time, and I tell them, there will be situations when you have choices: Do the right thing even if nobody is watching

Totally agree. This is very important in relationships. I always challenge people to keep short accounts with each other. Undealt with feelings, conflict, disagreement, etc. destroys.

Doug Baldwin Jr this is a topic I discuss with my daughter. ⭐️ Honesty & Direct Communication! You are responsible for speaking your truth, respectfully. It is my responsibility to provide a safe and non-judgemental environment for you to come to me with your truth.
