TRANSFORMATION JOURNEY WITH #ICCP #beforeandafterwithICCP Congratulations to the organizers Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria , Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office Lancaster University National Universities Commission (NUC) they identified a problem among graduates in Nigeria, and I am a testimony that there proposed solutions will yield a positive result as the program is impacting and bring students from their confine shells. My journey with #ICCP has been nothing short of incredible! It becomes more interesting everyday, reflecting back when I view problem from negative perspective, when I couldn’t find meaning in the word problem other than the word itself problem, when I couldn’t find find the my initial resources upon which I would have everything “Time” and now when #ICCP change the narrative. From Obstacles to Opportunities... Before:Problems seemed like insurmountable roadblocks, hindering my growth and progress. I couldn’t find any meaning in problems, prior to ICCP I view time as resource but now I learn different strategies for time management and lots more. After: I now see problems as golden opportunities for growth, development, and innovation! I choose to view them as raw materials for my success, and I believe they're blessings in disguise. As for time, I view time as the most critical capital upon which one can build his career, therefore my time is the most valuable resource that I can’t afford to share anyhow. All Thanks to ICCP for this journey of self discovery, I’m finding myself in the midst of myself, finding meaning to myself and my responsibility to solve problems. The #ICCP program, Thought me to shift my perspective and turn obstacles into opportunities, challenges into stepping stones to success!
