Plantar fasciitis. The nagging injury that’s kept me from my favorite aerobic exercise (running). It’s forced me to try something new that as a serious runner I’d always mocked, the elliptical! But you know what, it’s been surprising how much changing my routine has helped. I’m working muscles differently while still getting a workout and also allowing my foot to heal. How deep are you into your daily/weekly routines? What would happen if you mixed it up a bit? I challenge you to try! ✅ If you exercise in the morning, try at night. ✅ If you lift weights and then run, try running then lifting. ✅ If you always have eggs for breakfast, try oatmeal, yogurt or granola. ✅ If you go to bed at 10:30, try 10. ✅ If you start your workday with emails, save them for the end of the day. ✅ If you always start a call with the same opening, try a new approach.
