TEAM AIRENG | Say Hello to AirEng's Production Manager, Joel 👋 Joel joined the company just 3 months ago and has hit the ground running. He is responsible for ensuring manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently whilst also overseeing server improvement projects. These projects include overhauling our OHS policies & procedures, introducing new manufacturing machinery and processes into the factory, and looking to improve work flow through modifying and setting up new facilities. Joel's favourite thing about working at AirEng is our people. He enjoys working with a group of talented individuals who all have a diverse background of skills and experience. Joel believes everyone at AirEng all have one thing in common. Passion. About the company, and making the best quality industrial fans. We couldn't agree more! Care is one of our core values at VTTI. One of the ways that we show care to each other, those we work with, and our community is to do regular safety observation rounds at our terminals. This year, Advario marked Global Safety Day with a focus on a critical theme: Management of Change (MOC). Across our worldwide operations, including at both Advario Stolthaven Antwerp and Advario Gas Terminal in Antwerp, we reinforced the message that no matter the size, type, or duration, any change can significantly impact safety. The day featured activities that gave our employees a hands-on understanding of how even the smallest adjustments can have substantial consequences for safety. At Advario, we believe that proactively managing change is essential to maintaining a safe work environment. 👉And Humera Ma'am cleared the mess, said my team. 👉On Friday, the teamleader complained the project leader about the Jr onboard officers, asking team, if the team is interested in joining their organization and be part of them. 👉And there was a big conflict, between the project leaders and Jr on board officers. 👉My internal team learned about it and called to inform. 👨🍼I recieved a call from the senior officer, and the officer said, Humera I was present there only. I didn't knew this matter will become so big. 🤷♀️I Said, Sir, there might some misunderstanding in communication that happened between the teamleaders and the on board officers, and as they didn't understand, they might had spoken something and the project leader understood something. 👉Let's drop it here. And focus on completing the job. 🧑🍼And the officer Said, yes, yes, please Let's move ahead from here. 🤷♀️I called the project leader and asked, you knew I am travelling, this you people create in my absence? 💁♂️And the project leader shared the matter. 🧏♀️I said, call the senior officer and talk to him. And make sure the jobs are done smoothly and let the team work on sunday as well. 👉Only 20% is remaining.
