While working in the fields of shipbuilding, ship repair, and offshore metal construction production, the RNDV team regularly is faced with impressive projects that literally can look like they’re from another planet due to their extent, complexity, and need for precision. Our ambassador, professional rally driver Vaidotas Zala, interviewed Redanas Garšva, Head of Construction at RNDV. Redanas Garšva is responsible for the implementation of various projects of shipbuilding, ship repair, and offshore metal construction production. An expert with more than 25 years of professional experience, Redanas shared what has made the RNDV team grow so successfully. In the last two years, the RNDV shipbuilding and ship repair segments have grown by 100%. During the interview, Garšva shared, “In the shipbuilding segment, as in others, the clients mostly value the high work quality as well as meeting the deadlines.
