Test different ideas in a digital environment early in the process, share your work with others, catch errors, and make decisions faster. This interactive design made in Vectary replaces numerous static images while providing valuable additional information. There are three levels of interactions used to explain the concept: ▶ First level: observe the design as a whole ▶ Second level: inspect only one variant ▶ Third level: isolate the object to inspect all the details and simulate movement with animations. Keyframe reveal 🪄✨ 💻 vs 🏟️ vs 📹 Scale of medium may influence: - Design detail - Venue energy - Pacing / intensity - Sequence duration All tough to gauge when animating on a wee-little Ae viewport. I've also found mockups can help hedge revision rounds, and better show context for multi-screen designing. 🌟 Bonus: Shows concept to those who aren't as well-versed in translating computer videos to spatial displays. Who said motion designers can't use mockups? Hope this helps. Design on 🧙 #motiondesign

🌟 Excited to Unveil My Latest 3D Web Project! 🌟 I've been working on something really cool that I’m thrilled to share with you all. Using Three.js, GLSL shaders, and GSAP, I've created a captivating floating images design for the web. This project has been an amazing journey into the world of 3D graphics and web interactivity. Here's a glimpse of what I've accomplished: Project Highlights: Three.js: Utilized this powerful library to create and manage dynamic 3D scenes and rendering. GLSL Shaders: Developed custom vertex and fragment shaders to achieve stunning visual effects and fluid animations. GSAP: Integrated GSAP for smooth animations and transitions, enhancing the overall interactive experience. Key Features: Dynamic Floating Images: Images float and move across the screen, creating an immersive and visually appealing experience. Responsive Design: Ensured compatibility and high performance across various devices and screen sizes. Interactive Hover Effects: Added hover effects on links that trigger smooth image transitions, providing an engaging user experience. Check It Out: You can find the full project on GitHub: https://lnkd.in/gT6JTJ-c Coming Soon: I'll be sharing a detailed blog post and live demo soon! Rive for Disguise? Real-time graphics for live events have really grown over the past decade. Notch, Unreal Engine, and TouchDesigner can all do amazing things within their specialties. What about the common task of putting branded text or logos onto the screen? Can they do that? Well, yes. But in each case, requires some sort of workaround. It's probably at least a little bit buggy. And requires extra work on the show programmer's side to build out the cues properly. Oh, and can you adjust and kern the letters up to the standard of an actual typographer? No Probably not with any of those options. To get good typography, at this point, you still need to build in a design program and render the files. I haven't dived into Rive just yet, but the capabilities for real-time simple vector graphics look fantastic. I would love to see its capabilities work natively with Disguise in a way that's intuitive for both designer and programmer. I'll add the caveat that in the past years, I find myself only being hired to build rendered graphics to be used on Disguise servers. I know there are other possibilities out there. But, for my clients, I think any solution needs to be as simple or better for a programmer to implement as dragging into a Disguise timeline. Also, I haven't had the time to explore the 1.0 beta that Notch's team was kind enough to invite me to. So, I don't mean this as a slam on Notch's latest capabilities at all. #event #screencontent #liveevents #realtime #rive #concert #gala #conference #festival #visuals #stage #music #disguise #d3 #mbox #watchout #pixera #resolume #notch #hippotizer #TouchDesigner #technology #projects #designer
