So I was just enjoying my bank holiday today when I stumbled across this amazing video and this has to be one of the best motivational videos out there .. A MUST WATCH. By the end of the video, every word spoken by the astute businessman Mr Anil Agarwal (the founder and Chairman of Vedanta Group, the world's largest diversified natural resources group having a market value of ₹2 Lakh Crore) touched my heart. Some of my learnings from Mr Anil Agarwal's journey: 1. Start Small and Dream Big 2. It doesn't matter where you start, what matters is where you intend to go. 3. You don't fear losing when you have nothing to lose. 4. Always have a checklist of things you want to experience in life 5. Change mindset from "others have achieved it because of so and so reason" to "If they could do it, why can't I! " 6. Considering something small or big is just subjective to that person. 7. You will lose people in your journey but also find a lot of new people who contribute towards your growth. 8. Be courageous and have humility 9. You will always find new doors opening in your journey of life. 10. Don't believe in "slow and steady wins the race", rather believe in "Kal kare so aaj kar, aaj kare so ab" 11. Failures teach you how to make a path for your success, don't be afraid of failures. In my personal experience, I have had numerous instances of self-doubt, fear of failure and, underestimating myself and my ideas. I always had a dream of having my own business but the fear of failure and comparison got the best of me. Even after registering my business name, designing our Logo and almost having a deal finalised with the suppliers, I stepped back. I found comfort in stepping back into my comfort zone just because it felt easy. This video did somewhere open my eyes to the endless possibilities and not to fear failures. Hoping that this video does the same for you guys. Big appreciation for Curly Tales for bringing forward such inspiring stories and motivating millions of Indian citizens.
