Even if it feels messy and uncomfortable as a perfectionist, I feel it serves founders well to put out a version 1 of the product as soon as they possibly can and not wait for months and months to perfect it. 𝐏𝐒: 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐉𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐞 , 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 The best feedback for your product or service will always come from the users of your product. I have realised that for a founder, it is important to see things from the other side of the counter too I often do this and assume myself to be a customer of my own product and ask myself different questions: - Did I like this product? - Did I face some service issues? - What are other people around me saying about this product? - Am i actually pricing it right? I believe standing on one side of the counter and on the other side of it is like experiencing two entirely different worlds.
