👉 Top Five Design Revelations from Salone del Mobile 2024 As Salone del Mobile 2024 concludes, we at ONE Design are thrilled to share the 5 trends that have inspired us and are poised to revolutionize the future of interior Design: ⭐️Biophilic Design: The event was a vibrant display of creativity and innovation, reminding us of the seamless integration between nature and our built environments. ⭐️Curved Furniture: The return of Curved Furniture introduced a fluid elegance to the furniture design landscape. This trend, characterized by soft lines and inviting forms, offers a fresh perspective on creating welcoming and comfortable spaces. ⭐️Organic Forms: With designs blurring the lines between functionality and art, these forms draw inspiration from nature. They bring irregular and fluid patterns into our living spaces and encourage us to push the boundaries of traditional Design. ⭐️Natural Materials: Sustainability continued to be a theme this year; designers focused on materials that reduce environmental impact and bring authenticity and tactile beauty into our interiors. ⭐️Transparency in Design: Lastly, the concept of Transparency. Light and clear materials create a sense of openness and expand spatial perceptions, which is crucial in our ongoing endeavor to design spaces that feel both expansive and interconnected. These trends reflect global design movements and align with our mission to create innovative, functional, and harmonious spaces. We are excited to incorporate these elements into our projects, continuously pushing the boundaries of ONE design. #OneDesign #SaloneDelMobile2024 #InteriorDesign #Sustainability #Innovation

In a world filled with visual noise and constant distractions, minimal furniture design offers a refreshing return to simplicity. Rooted in the philosophy that "less is more," minimalism strips away the unnecessary, leaving behind only what is essential. But minimal furniture design is more than just an aesthetic choice; it’s a lifestyle approach that prioritizes functionality, clean lines, and timeless beauty. It’s about creating spaces that feel uncluttered, calming, and intentional. The true brilliance of minimal design lies in its ability to blend form and function seamlessly. By focusing on high-quality materials and smart engineering, minimal furniture stands the test of time, both in terms of durability and style. In this design approach, every piece has a purpose, and nothing is superfluous. With its understated elegance and focus on simplicity, minimal furniture encourages mindfulness in the way we use and interact with our spaces. As we move toward more conscious consumption, minimalism challenges us to rethink the way we furnish our homes—not by filling them with excess, but by curating environments that enhance both our lives and our surroundings. Less truly becomes more when the focus is on quality, functionality, and timeless design. #MinimalDesign #LessIsMore #FurnitureDesign #ConsciousLiving #MindfulSpaces #TimelessStyle

✨ Turning a House into a Home: A Client's Journey ✨ Recently, I had the pleasure of working with a client who had just received the keys to his beautifully architected home. The spaces were elegant, the design was stunning, but it still felt... incomplete. He told me, “It just doesn’t feel like me yet. Something's missing.” That’s where I came in. We sat down, discussed his likes, dislikes, and what makes him feel truly at home. Together, we handpicked the right furniture, textures, art, and décor that brought warmth, personality, and life into the space. 🏡 Here are a few things to keep in mind while styling your own space: * Reflect Your Personality: Your home should be an extension of you. Whether it’s art, colors, or statement pieces, choose items that resonate with your personal style. * Balance Functionality & Aesthetics: As much as you want your space to look great, it also needs to work for your lifestyle. Think about your daily routines when choosing layouts and furniture. *Layer Textures & Materials: Mix fabrics, woods, metals, and other materials to add depth and richness to any room. *Lighting Matters: Lighting isn’t just functional; it sets the mood. Use a combination of ambient, task, and accent lighting to create the right vibe for each room. * Don’t Rush: Styling a home is a process. Let it evolve naturally as you discover pieces that truly speak to you. It’s always rewarding to see how a few thoughtful touches can completely transform a space. In the end, it’s not just about how a house looks but how it makes you feel. 🌿 #InteriorStylist #HomeStyling #InteriorDesignTips #Architects #InteriorDesignCollaboration #ArchitectsAndDesigners #InteriorArchitecture #DesignCollaboration #ArchitecturalDesign #ResidentialArchitect #DesignPartners #CreativeCollaboration #ArchitectureAndInteriors #SpacesThatInspire #ArchitecturalInspiration #InteriorStylingForArchitects

Latest on Showhome: Surface Trend: Tactile Textures & Soft Hues In recent months, Caesarstone UK, the industry leaders in premium surface design since 1987, has seen textured surfaces in warm hues come to the fore, in what is a rapidly growing trend. With consumers requesting thousands of samples from the brand each month, as well as visiting its three showrooms, the team is able to quickly identify shifts in consumer tastes. UK Marketing Director, Jonathan Stanley, said: "We are talking to consumers on a daily basis, as well as numerous architects and designers, and it is really interesting to see trends developing, where tendencies towards particular colours, patterns or textures alter over the space of time. We saw a clear uptick in requests for our more textured surfaces last autumn, and interest in these has continued to grow. The Japandi interiors trend is very evident in parts of the kitchen market, but this interest feels broader than that.” Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eAsmvX4R #NewHomes #NewBuild #Housing #Design #InteriorDesign Jonathan Pittock
