Poppulo’s SKO is officially a wrap! There is nothing more motivating than gathering together to align on our strategies for the upcoming year and celebrate the successes of the last. This year, with it being in person, seeing people IRL and being a part of a growing global footprint left me with some thoughts: - In person engagements are not going away. - Communications are more important than ever. - Transparency and consistent engagement with your team in all forums lends itself to a more engaged and educated workforce. - The impact that you can drive with one communication channel is always outdone by meeting folks where they are at and continuing to drive a message home through multiple channels. - We do some cool stuff for employees, leaders, companies, travelers and guests! I just had to say it! ;) We did some amazing things last year and I cannot wait to see what this new year will bring! #poppulo #sko #employeecommunications #employeeengagement #guestexperience
