Hey fighters a lot of folks been asking me about an update on the Patrick loyal police shooting case where former officer Grand Rapids police officer sure shot and killed Patrick with a gunshot to the back of his head in the criminal case that is ongoing against sure. Recently there was a hearing in front of the Michigan Court of Appeals where where scheuers trial team were arguing that. The criminal charges should be dismissed, in essence that under Michigan law that this officer should have no criminal liability whatsoever and should that go to trial, Obviously the Kent County Prosecutor's office, Chris Becker and his team argued against that and we're expecting an opinion from the Michigan Court of Appeals probably sometime in late October to sometime in early November. Ish. So that's that. On the civil case, we are in court running against Shure. Judge Maloney in the federal court dismissed the city of Grand Rapids for technical pleading reasons, which in other words in our lawsuit he said we needed to have more things. We're in the process of filing that and asking Judge Maloney to allow us to file that, to get the city of Grand Rapids back in the case where they belong. And we're confident that that will occur. So that's what's going on this fall in the sure case. We're not going to be going to trial in that case. For probably at least a year, if not more, sadly because of appeals and so forth. So we'll continue to keep you advised. We appreciate everybody supporting Patrick Willis family and keeping them in your thoughts and prayers. Have a good follow. Y'all.
