I would like to say thank you to everyone at SANY AMERICA who has played a vital role in building and sustaining our Attachment Project at the ECDC. Being chosen to work on this project by a colleague has truly shown me what a mentor really is. When he talked, I listened and paid close attention and vice versa. He knows engineering and systems and I know how to manage people and implement processes. Our talent isn’t what made this project so successful, it was our respect and trust amongst one another for what we knew individually that made this project flourish. One thing, there was a slight language barrier and a few cultural differences. We identified this early on to be the key building block to our future success. Not understanding each other and knowing it made the job fun. We talked about family, music, travel, work, but the best life lesson was being introduced to the stoic philosophy. Stoic is a person who can endure pain or hardship without showing their feelings or complaining. If you want to be happy, have zero expectations. Don’t try to change others. Change how u deal with them. Most importantly if it makes sense, DO IT!!

What can open up a greater possibility?
Meet Patrick. Patrick is an ākonga of ours that we supported into mahi eight months ago. Patrick paid us a visit last week to proudly show us his new purchase, a Harley Davidson! We are so happy to celebrate his success and see the results of his efforts, his planning, dreams and vision. Patrick started out with a push bike to get to work, as you do what you do to get to your mahi, but with determination he has been able to purchase a Harley. Thank you for sharing your success with us Patrick. We are super proud! Ka rawe! May you always drive safely and proudly. Ngā mihi nu nui.

@ Anmol Singh Thankyou sir ! Thank you for everything. It's been an incredible journey with you sir.... As we know, every new beginning signifies the end of something else. Throughout our journey, we encounter many people—some good, some challenging. However, each person teaches us something valuable, and it's our perspective that defines the experience. Anmol bhaiya, you are one of the best person I've ever met. Your unwavering support, even when you were busy, has been invaluable to me. I’ve learned so much from you. To me, you are more than just a senior; you are a mentor and a friend. I fondly recall those nights when I was stuck and feeling helpless, saying, "Bhaiya, I can't do this." You were always there to guide me through, patiently explaining everything in detail. There are two kinds of people in this world: those who create problems and those who help solve them. You are undeniably the latter. I also cherish the times we spent brainstorming unique ideas for events. Every successful event has a strong team behind it, and you were always at the heart of ours. I still remember: - Your constructive criticism... - Your insightful lectures... - Your innovative thinking... - Your way of conveying important truths about people I was close to but didn't fully understand 😅 - Your sharp observations... - Your constant drive to do something different. I could go on, but I’ll stop here. Just know that your guidance has made a significant impact on me. Bhaiya, God bless you. ♥️

ESG and sustainability masterclass training is now done. During four months, we became smarter about ESG topics and how to implement it in the company's daily activities. Thanks to the organizers of the training EASi ja KredExi ühendasutus and Sustinere 👏
✅ 70 participants from 20 companies ✅ 40 hours of training ✅ 400 mentoring hours ✅ 28 trainers, speakers, and mentors ✅ 14 new climate impact calculators on our Greenspect platform ✅ and most importantly - 20 ESG and sustainability strategies and roadmaps are ready to be implemented! 🌿 That's the outcome of the first twenty companies that completed the EASi ja KredExi ühendasutus ESG and Sustainability Masterclass! Almost our entire Sustinere team was involved in this program - whether in preparation, training or mentoring roles. What energy and dedication! G`day All Thank you everyone for the very positive comments in regard to our little company EarthCruiser, it has been really terrific thank you. To clear some things up - The company has not closed, only the manufacturing arm has come to a end in beautiful Bend. The design testing and innovation has a bright future. How we delivered that message was dreadful how it was managed was worse. I take full responsibility for hiring the wrong consultants to help me make these massive changes to what we do. Put simply the town we live in now is not the town we moved to ten years ago. Despite the tireless efforts by exceptional people, who have put their heart and soul into affordable housing and support for working families (child care) it is become all but impossible for small privately owned innovative manufacturing companies to be viable. Most of our local suppliers have either increased their prices past consumer expectations, closed or reduced their operations considerably as we also must. Unless one has been through this process I am at a loss as how to explain it - other than it really does suck. There is a auction coming up of tools, plant and equipment we no longer need, there are no current model EarthCruiser manufactured parts or tools to create those parts on offer. A number of former EarthCruiser crew has taken over, with our encouragement, service of customer vehicles. They are great people and know what they are doing. Some have had their enterprises for a number of years. We are very proud of them for their success and worked with them many times in the past and will again in the future. Our manufacturing method was always to do our own prototyping - engineering - drafting - testing and then have those parts made by outside vendors. Our engineers created the production and work flow instructions, QC documentation for the crew to follow and then we "assembled" our own manufactured parts to build the finished products. This model or way of doing things makes it easier start and to transplant to more manufacturing friendly environments than if it was all done in house. We have become very good at communicating all aspects of the production requirements - composites - metal - electrical - soft trim etc. Our primary aim now is move / license / sell EarthCruiser developed products and IP to get more of what we created in the hands of more people to enjoy. All options are on the table if this is of interest to anyone you know, please send them my way.. I really miss working with the EarthCruiser Crew, they are some of the best people I have ever met. All the very best. Lance #EARTHCRUISER #BEND #MANUFACTURING #SALES #OVERLAND #TRAVEL #CONTRACTMANUFACTURING

High performance & durable solution ? We are here to deliver the best.
Robotic app aniversary: Our robot has been working unstoppable for 5 years, which was an excellent choice: - The chosen high-performance camera installation move to the target at high speed and hold the position by vibration free. - Cooperative human-machine operation support that includes safety options allows working areas to be used jointly by people and robots (by particular risk assessments) Thank you for valuable cooperation!
